About Us
25 Long Years Of Manufacturing Excellence With Quality At It's Best!
Four centuries ago, during the Ming Dynasty, our region began to develop a close relationship with steel. Initially, the production of kitchen knives, scissors, and sickles was focused on civilian use, and later shifted to industrial woodworking tool production. By the 1980s, Bowang had become a regional cutting tool industry cluster, becoming a prominent national center for cutting tool production and ordering. Local cutting tool companies now number over 1,00, producing products for over a dozen industries, including aircraft, automobiles, ships, and electromechanical manufacturing. My grandfather and father were among them.

SINGLE MOTORS SHREDDER MACHINE
This can be a short description about a project or an industry you are contributing to through the reliable products you build.
TWO MOTORS SHREDDER MACHINE
A twin-shaft crusher is an industrial crushing device with a dual-shaft drive as its core structure. It uses a crushing blade assembly with staggered driving and driven shafts, combined with comb-shaped tooth plates to form a shear gap. This crusher reduces the volume of materials through a combination of shearing, squeezing, and tearing. Its cutting tools feature a special-shaped blade body and a circular array arc design. Equipped with an intelligent monitoring system and a modular structure, it can process over 20 types of materials, including metals, plastics, wood products, and household waste [1-2]. The equipment is widely used in industrial waste recycling, medical waste treatment, and biomass crushing, and can reduce overall energy consumption by 20% compared to traditional crushing equipment.
This machine uses two motors and two reducers, which can have a relatively high torque, can handle larger materials, and increase production capacity. It is widely used in industry.
LARGE SHREDDER MACHINE
Large metal shredding machines are essential equipment in modern industrial waste management. They are mainly used to crush different scrap metal materials, such as car shells, bicycle frames, and iron barrels, and transform them into recyclable metal particles. This equipment not only improves the efficiency of resource recovery, but also reduces environmental pollution. It is widely used in waste recycling stations, metal processing plants, and environmental protection projects. In actual operation, the operator must first feed the metal material into the feed port, and then the machine will complete the crushing and sorting by itself. For example, when processing scrap car parts, the shredder will be able to break it down into palm-sized fragments, which will facilitate subsequent magnetic separation or smelting. This automated design not only improves processing efficiency, but also reduces labor costs. When choosing a heavy-duty metal shredder, it's crucial to consider the material type, the processing volume, and, most importantly, the desired output particle size. For example, for high-hardness metals like stainless steel and alloy steel, a model with maximum energy efficiency is recommended to ensure blade durability and prevent premature wear. Furthermore, the processing volume determines the size of the shredder. Small recycling stations can choose a model suitable for processing 1 to 2 tons per hour, while large factories should opt for high-speed models with a capacity of 5 tons or more per hour to ensure compatibility with their production lines.
The recycling value is affected by the particle size of the output. Finer particles are more suitable for smelting, but consume more energy. Users are advised to evaluate the manufacturer's specifications, such as motor power, blade material, and after-sales service, to tailor their needs.
